Good old place to stay in Hawes. What an extremely friendly staff. Stylish and compact units with lovely bed linen, tea, views over the fells. Wonderful location of the hotel very close to centre of town. Also - so close to the other major...

Just an ideal choice for a short weekend trip in Hawes with good price-value balance. The room had a comfortable bed with the smoothest sheets, made for a great night's sleep. Bring your own favorite snacks as there's a nice touch of welcome chocolates, but not much else around for quick bites.

Immaculately presented accommodation with a well-appointed King Room that boasted a comfy bed and quality linens. The hosts provided a good breakfast with a wide range of options, including fresh fruit and yogurt. Appreciated the chocolates in the room and a well-stocked tea station. Only downside was the slightly limited parking space, and the area could be busy at times, affecting the peaceful ambiance.

Cute hosts and good breakfasts
Janie and Stuart were nice, greeting us with warmth and laughter, while the breakfasts were a standout experience-each dish cooked to perfection with local ingredients. The room was immaculate and cozy. Perhaps a little more variety in the snack options in the room could enhance the experience further.
